Дно, а не сервис , арестовал 7 посылок и заблокировали аккаунт, сказали отправлять в магазин обратно а так же доплачивать за каждую посылку по 50$, учитывая что срок возврата прошел, то я должен просто подарить магазину посылки и еще поделиться деньгами с ними, поддержка перестала отвечать и просто игнорирует, не рекомендую пользоваться

Support does not respond, and as I understand it, it will start responding promptly when paid storage reaches $100, for example) At the same time, any action: splitting the parcel, photographing the contents (to fill out the customs declaration), an urgent support response (which is not urgent) all costs $ 3-5, while their own mistakes are not recognized in any way and are not reimbursed. Moreover, the support communicates frankly boorishly and condescendingly, and when the arguments run out, they simply stop responding (even once every 3 days), and you have to create a new request. so if you don't want to lose your money - I strongly advise you not to! They send the first order promptly and inexpensively, especially in order to then extract money from you by holding your package.

Ужасный сервис и Мошенничество с доставкой! СТОИМОСТЬ ДОСТАВКИ ОНИ СИЛЬНО ЗАВЫШАЮТ. Непонятно из чего рассчитывают. Служба поддержке молчит везде. Зайдите в вк и увидите как много людей пишет в комментарии и им никто не отвечает. А потом и вовсе вас внесут в черный список за то что вы задаете вопросы! Вот пример расчета доставки: По их калькулятору на сайте посылка весом 1,5 кг и стоимостью 74,97$ должна стоить = 26,99$ + доп услуги. ИТОГО = 37,47 $ Мне насчитали 52,48$ не обосновывая такую цену. Посылка №579104 пришла с браком и рваной коробкой. Поддержка как всегда молчит.
