Pro Direct Select Tracking Order Status

Really poor customer service. They use a third party for returns which selected Asda as my drop off point, the closest being 40 miles from me. I asked both companies to cancel it so I could use Royal mail and the answer I got was that I would have to pay for my own return as it cant be cancelled.

I have just recieved my item and it not what is advertised on your website. The boot is completely different. On your website it has a photo of a boot with knitted sock materiel however the boot I have recieved is just a plastic tounge. I'm also concerned how many other people have told you about this without it being corrected to save people wasting their money on boots that aren't what you show them to be. I have sent photos to the customer services department to compare what is advertised to what is actually being sold. Terrible false advertising and a real inconvenience to me having to return and also having no boots for my games this weekend.

The only problem was it was supposed to be a next day delivery but it arrived one day after but they even gave me a refund it was too small so I have to return it I think the size is wrong

The product I ordered was Limited Edition and hard to find, so was beyond surprised and delighted that Pro Direct Select had this! Was dispatched and delivered swiftly, which was great! The jersey is superb - love it!! So, Thank You :)
