Pro Breeze Tracking Order Status

I bought two 500ml Probreeze dehumidifiers in December 2023. One recently stopped working. I contacted Probreeze customer service department to seek assistance. I was pleased and surprised to receive help and advice the same day despite it being a weekend! Once we had worked through all the potential faults, I was offered a replacement dehumidifier. The service from Probreeze was first class. I am particularly pleased because I have two other Probreeze dehumidifiers (a 12litre and a 20litre) which are giving great service and it is comforting to know that the after sales service will be there if I need it.

Excellent after sales service - and products. My lovely ProBreeze air fryer developed a fault, just out of warranty. Issy at ProBreeze was brilliant, I've now got a replacement unit winging it's way to me. Very happy with the way they looked after me - more companies should be like this.

Excellent prompt free delivery service. I bought a de-humidifier. Although I have only had it for a short while,it is proving effective in removing moisture. The product is neat and compact and quiet whist in operation. So far, very pleased with my purchase,

I've had a dehumidifier since 2018 and it's still going strong. I ordered a second in November last year and unfortunately it stopped working this month. I spoke to a customer service representative and within a few days she had a replacement sent out. Absolutely superb customer service. Highly recommended the company and product!
