Priority Bicycles Tracking Order Status

Easy to order and quickly received, my questions were answered quickly and informatively, and the bike is awesome!

You have great products that are reasonably priced, (I bought a Turi 3 years ago) your customer service is fantastic and the accessories are a perfect fit for the bike. I know Dave will continue to be successful with this company and maybe someday I'll make a trip on my new 600 to personally thank him for doing what a good businessman is supposed to do, put customer satisfaction first.

I recently bought a Continuum Onyx which had the kickstand broken during shipping and originally left a poor review because of the initial response I got to my request for help with replacement. Priority doesn’t have cross border warranty and I live in Canada. But they reached out to me after my review and sent me a new kickstand for free, which I really appreciate. Also love the bike!

Kickstand works fine, but it is over an inch shorter than the original, even fully extended, leaving the bike leaning so much that a mild wind would knock it over. I had to drill a new hole for the bolt to bring it back to the same level I used to have.
