PRINTWORKS Tracking Order Status

Ordered a Christmas gift for my mom, and unfortunately, it was broken when she was gonna use it. No problem for them to send a new item out. But, my mother became very ill and she live alone, so after 3 weeks the replacement was sent back. Print works ended up sending the package a third time, this time to me, who can collect it and hand over to my mom when she is recovered. Super good customer service and they did not charge for additional shippment even after I asked

Great! I ordered from germany concerned about being too late for christmas. The customers office was so nice and helpful, not pretending to know exactely when it will be there. But: It was sent the same day I ordererd and the package needed only 4 days to arrive in this outback I live here. :) IMPRESSING! Thank You.

So impressed with the quality and design of the products at Printworks! So much so, I’ve ordered 7+ items for family and friends this Christmas. One item did arrive faulty (damage to the corner of the box) and Tora was very prompt and helpful with resolving this issue. I look forward to purchasing again soon!
