In data 06/04/2023 ho ordinato "Bigliettini Bomboniera Personalizzabili Bimba Capelli Mori - 50 pezzi". Non essendo stata indicata sulla conferma ordine la data di evasione dell'ordine giorno 11/04 ho mandato un messaggio whatsapp chiedendo informazioni. Il 13/04 mi è stato risposto che l'ordine sarebbe stato spedito il giorno successivo. Il 18/04, non avendo ricevuto la merce, e visualizzando ancora lo stato di "in lavorazione" ho mandato un ulteriore messaggio di richiesta informazioni a cui, ancora ad oggi 26/04 nessuno ha risposto e io ancora attendo i miei bigliettini. Avrebbero dovuto inviare anche un'anteprima della stampa per dare ok e non è stato fatto. Mi dispiace, ma professionalità, affidabilità e putnualità pari a zero.
