PrintedKicks Tracking Order Status

BEWARE!!! I wish I had read reviews before ordering but placed an order 12/16/22, and it’s April and still nothing. When I contacted them on numerous occasions I was sent a generic auto-responded email. Looks like they have been shut down or changed names fronting as an apparel store under another company name. This is the address I have on my cc transaction info, 3232 Lago De Talavera, Wellington Florida. I’m ready to roll up to this address and see what’s really going on!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Please take heed and do not I repeat do not give your hard earned money to this company. I wish I did my research before placing an order … my mistake and lesson learned. I ordered a T-shirt from them to give as a Christmas gift on 12/17/22 and have yet to receive it to date! I emailed them on 1/6/23 and they replied on 1/7/23 claiming the item was in production. Weeks go by and no tracking information received. I emailed again on 1/28/23 to cancel due to non-receipt of item and ‘crickets’. I disputed the charge with my CC company and this conniving company actually responded to my CC company stating it was mailed 12/17/22 but yet we have no tracking information. Next time at least come up with a better lie. Take your money elsewhere. Their website should be shut down!

Placed an order on Dec 13. There website stated 5-7 business days for shipping. By Dec 17th I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, I followed up by asking if I would receive my order by Dec 24th. They responded they couldn't guaruntee orders placed after Dec 10 to be received by Dec 24. Jan 7th emailed them asking for an update. No response. Jan 8th emailed requesting a refund. Reported to BBB. This site seems to be a scam.

My wife and I have made multiple purchases from Printed Kicks over approximately two years now and have had very few issues. The worst we experienced was about a 4 day delay during the 2020 plandemic period. My wife had actually been in contact with one of the founders previously just to ask some general questions. Each time we get a new order the wife posts pics of us wearing the shirts to their web site. I have nothing negative to say about them. Perhaps people should remember that things can go wrong and may take time to correct. If they don't like the material it is made of then I would recommend they either check the site for that info or contact them directly for the answer. It may save them time and money if it isn't what they really want. Thanks for your time.

This is an American company, I love the way the apparel fits and the customer service is great. They support the American people and by far is the best online apparel company. I'd trust them will all my money and know that they will return it all... Stop hating and start waking... Love this company...
