Fair price, website easier to use, product of good quality and fast delivery

Unfortunately, this is 2/2 times they have messed up my order. The cut dimensions are not right and one of the designs was supplied without lamination even though double sided lamination was requested. The redeeming feature is their web service is easy to use, the ordering process is smooth and they did what they could trying to fix the issue by sending replacements.

I’ve used Printed number of times and they have great service, the quality of the papers, boards and prints are amazing. Would use them again and highly recommend.

Great company, the prints and materials used are very good quality! The points system is great and delivery times. The customer service is very good too, fast replies and resolutions if issues occur with the order. Have used them for 4 years and would recommend.

I initially found the website hard to navigate, and the sales team were quite hands off about giving any advice which I thought was strange. I took a punt based off the papers I had used in the past, and received my print promptly. There was an issue with the paper being clearly bent, nicks in the ink, and the print head lines were clearly visible across the whole print. Amy F from the customer service team very quickly turned this around and arranged another print be completed, and checked to make sure the same didn't occur again. The second print was received and the quality is excellent, I would use the service again.
