Great driver, Courteous and friendly.

Drivers were courteous but not engaging. A little late on the pick ups but reached our destinations on time. I don’t like that they drive 80-90mph. I wouldn’t feel comfortable riding with my own family member at that high rate of speed let alone a complete stranger. It’s Very unsettling to have to put your entire family in a situation where you are at the mercy of a complete strangers driving ability and split second reaction.

Excellent service!!! Our plane was 30 minutes getting to the gate , but the driver was there greeting us with a smile. He was most friendly and courteous. We could not ever expect better service.

We arrived early and contacted PrimeTime via text messages. Within a few minutes, our driver was able to meet up with us and get us on our way. Very fast and efficient. The driver was quick and courteous and we arrived at our hotel sooner than expected. The van looked old and warn, which concerned my son. Overall, great service and we would use them again.

The last booking was unsuccessful. I booked for my aunt and I provided her cellphone number however she was not contacted. When she called the customer service line they told her there was no reservation. Eventually a ride was provided however she was almost late for her flight. According to the email update it stated she was picked up and dropped off on time. That was incorrect.
