Price Rock Tracking Order Status

Great Jewelry Company. I am a repeat customer. I have been a customer for several years now. PriceRock is the only place where I go to get Solid Gold Chains and Jewelry. I have purchased numerous gold chains for myself and my husband and sons. They are all very well made, as advertised and at a great price. I have had many of the gold chains appraised and tested. They were all 14k solid gold and the weights and measurements were spot on. The local jewelry stores in the mall can't compete with their prices because they work directly with the manufacturers. Highly recommened!

My first time buying from you was terrific. Great service and the quality is better than i expected from an online store. The next time I purchased, I had to return one item which was quickly credited back to my account. I had to return the item because it was almost child sized. Maybe you could put some dementions in the legend.

My first pair of earrings that I purchased was cancelled because the item was discontinued, but they still charged my credit card anyway. I then purchased a different pair and I was very disappointed. They did not look like what was pictured on the website, and they came in a crappy little ziplock bag. I will never buy here again.

I bought a 25% off and a week later I get an email offering 30% off I asked for an adjustment. First I didn’t got an answer, they don’t have an 800 number you don’t answer the email. It’s a very bad customer service. But I finally got a price adjustment. Thank you

You can't beat the variety of necklace at Pricerock. My daughter picked a 18in Figaro. She opened and put it on before I got home. Ioved it. Lost my mind when she said it just fell off days later and could not believe my eyes when it dropped in front of me. I noticed the lobster clasp had a small gap in it and contacted customer service. Within an hour I received a return label, refund pending delivery, and was informed to reorder if desired. I ordered another and asked for express delivery, fingers crossed. Prompt and helpful customer service. Keep it up. My go to for necklaces
