Preworn Tracking Order Status

Two orders completed so far and the first was better than the second. Delivery was quick and free which is good. Spent £35 (discounted price) on the second box and it will be break even at best. The quality is OK (around 10% of both orders have gone straight back to the clothes bank) and the others may get a couple of quid an item. More supermarket/primark received than actual higher end brands. You will be sitting on some of this stuff for a while. If the box was half the price it would probably be worth a punt. At best you might make a fiver at the current prices.

Received my first order today from preworn wholesale, 1st lot was the Lake District area mixed tops 10 pack new , was supposed to be a selection of blouses, shirts , t shirts for £30 I mostly received vest tops so I wouldn’t even be able to make a profit on these as they were mainly supermarket brands , new look etc , so these will be returned, 2nd lot was high branded footwear which needed cleaning . There were two pairs one had holes in the soles and one pair with no size label at all so I wouldn’t even be not be able to sell these,it says they are carefully selected, not sure about that . I have emailed the company and I’m now waiting for a reply as to how we proceed, I have also had to pay £3.99 for the returns which I don’t think I should have paid as the mixed new tops were not as advertised. Not impressed with my first order

Update: following the reply to my review, I contacted Preworn on the below email address and got a response very quickly. They also sent me the gift card I was expecting. Original review: I used their 2B Loved Again offer to send in a big bag of clothes in good condition, hoping I would receive the voucher for it as advertised on their website. I sent an email about it but no response for two weeks. I also emailed them in advance asking about this and didn’t get a response. There is a previous review on here with the same issue but I was hoping that was just a one off and I will get my voucher. To be fair, I’ve shopped at Preworn numerous times and I’m happy with that side of the service, but the fact that they don’t reply to emails is quite disappointing.

Purchased two lots of blankets off these guys and my word did they deliver! Absolutely stunning blankets all in very usable order. Can 100% say that these bundles are worth every penny and you certainly won’t be disappointed in what you get. The bonus is, you’re also helping to keep usable content from going to waste or landfill as well.

Very disappointing with the two orders. Not the quality expected from the "blurb" given on the website will not buy from again and will delete account as emails are constantly coming through to buy more 🙄
