I had an issue with getting a confirmation email for my order. After which I immediately contacted customer care via email and I was replied to almost immediately. Caitlin was a star, she helped me quickly and realised that I misspelled my email name. Thanks Caitlin for your fast response and assistance I love plt

Let me start by saying there’s definitely a reason why reviews aren’t left on site, as it would probably deter what little business is coming in. I purchased the sculpt set in navy after hearing seemingly good things. After purchasing at the sale price with 50 percent off, I can say that their quality differs in no way to that of shein or any other fast fashion sites. The top felt cheap and thin with a plastic zipper that just looks awful. I was dissatisfied with my purchase but more than that I just couldn’t stop thinking about if had bought it at full price ($45). That top wasn’t even worth $12 worse yet $45. The bottoms however seemed to be a thicker, more stable fabric which actually looked looked really great on, which is where the 2 stars come in. All in all find better companies to give your money to. Or don’t but you’ve been cautioned!!

I messaged about a faulty item and within two hours Lance had resolved the problem and issued me a refund straight away! Great customer service!

I had a faulty item, I messaged PLT through Apple I message. Cidrex got back to me within seconds and sent me a new item at no cost. I didn’t even need to send the faulty item back. She was great to work with, and responds quickly!
