Pretty Litter Tracking Order Status

What made the experience great is that they listen and correct the error and right away within 24 hours I had my two pretty letter boxes thank you pretty letter I love you!

It is the best litter on the market! You dont have to change it for 30 days Plus there is zero odor

I love the product and the price is right but, I found myself inundated with too much product and was unable to move my next delivery out far enough to wait until I needed more. I finally decided the answer would be to just cancel my subscription which I tried to do but the website wouldn't let me. SO I talked to customer service and they moved my next delivery date to November. I accepted that and agreed to keep my subscription but this is very manipulative and I don't appreciate the policies of the company. They need to be more user friendly and allow customers to do what they intend to do.

I tried PrettyLitter when they had a special offer that included a free litter box. The litter itself is good. Although my cat tracks it out of the box, which we didn't have a problem with other litter before. I had issues setting up my account and had to get assistance. When my second shipment came, it was more expensive, I contacted them again and found out the first order had a discount. The litter is too expensive for me, so I cancelled subscription. Then another shipment came. I contacted again and was told I had only cancelled the food, not the litter. I again cancelled my subscription. I searched my account to find how to return the order. I had to google it, then send and email, then it was 8 days before I got the return label. Next I will return the item and hope I don't have any issues with getting a refund.

On time delivery,great customer service,reasonable prices. Litter will tell me if my cat is sick.
