Pretty Lavish Tracking Order Status

Returned a dress via post office. Received confirmation that you recieved it, then when i email after 19 days to ask where my refund is you ask for proof of postage!!!. Fed up waiting. Where is my refund please?

Amazing dress. Ordered frill dress. And was worried that will look like a bag of potatoes as frills can do that specially if not made well. But dress was made very well. Hugs in all right places and surprisingly flatters more than other styles I tried. Looking forward to wear it! Also love the quality. Would say it true to size maybe slightly on a bigger side. Thumbs up! Love love love… definitely will buy more stuff in future! Thank you Pretty Lavish

Great pieces great customer service

Update: The problem was resolved by a lady who took over the problem very fast. The first person was no help. Very poor customer service. I’m waiting on a claim for dresses left in a recycling bin without any notice of delivery or direction. They take very long to respond and when they do they ignore my questions about getting my money back. I can’t claim from Royal Mail as pretty lavish has the responsibility to claim from them I have been told but I can barely get a response. My wedding is approaching, I had to order multiple dresses because sizes went out of stock and back in stock. I took action to sort this not pretty lavish to help me after what happened. I’m down money on top of customs and shipping charges again and again because they couldn’t help.

I am so impressed with the quality of customer care. It has genuinely been a long time since I have received authentic customer care, in the way I experienced with Pretty Lavish. They were understanding and supportive of my situation and were so quick to respond. I will continue to purchase from them as a company that not only have great clothes, have incredible customer service. Thank you!
