Prestigia Tracking Order Status

Still waiting for the refund after cancellation of my refundable booking! It said 3-5 days. Still no money. Customer care reacts to messages but refunds take way too long. It's possible to do faster, roomsxxl or hotels.com send the money very quickly. Prestigia ruins itself with handling refunds so slowly because I will think twice before booking with them again. Update July 7, 2024: Refund has been issued. Knowing they take so long to issue a refund after a cancellation, I will not book any more. The company seems trustworthy in the end, though.

Good deal and the booking was straightforward.

Booked a DoubleTree Hilton in Ealing with Prestiga, excellent price compared to booking direct. Clear dates and charges if I needed to cancel. Hotel was great and just what we needed for easy access to Wembley, direct bus route.

Being a pensioner and not that good with technology I found it easy an to use site also competitive prices will use again
