At first look a great theme but it has some small design/coding flaws and if you ask for a code snippet to change a few things you get the answer; go hire a developer.. dafuq.. $99 every 6 months for support like that.. For my forum I've been using a theme that costs me $25 and they always help you if you have some customization questions, now THAT is support.

Paid for Lifetime updates but cannot download version 10.8 and I'm stuck with version 9.4 - which hasn't been supported since 2020 so my website ended up dying from a "fatal error". Pretty rude! Edit: I did contact support from within the member's area of my account during 2022 and received no response - other than, "Hi Prestyn, This is an automated email - We've got your request and it's been added to our support queue. If you have any additional comments, feel free to reply to this email. Have an awesome day!". After that, nothing. There was supposed to be an "upgrade tool" when support for version 9 ended but that never happened, and the only option available to upgrade was by paying additional money. Customers who paid for "lifetime updates" should be able to download version 10 from their account area - without needing to contact support and leave a negative review to get a response. I never stated that I "purchased 8 years ago" and could not possibly have "waited 6 years to request a free upgrade to version 10", as version 10 was only released in June of 2020. As for "a free upgrade" as you put it - I previously paid for "unlimited free updates and support", so I would consider it a prepaid update. It was also only a few months after version 10's release that I first contacted support and received no response. The last time I tried was in 2022. You've had multiple opportunities to "offer support" but have not done so. It's only now that I publicly expose this issue that you are attempting to address it. Look, I understand and appreciate that you've put alot of time and effort into providing new features and keeping the themes updated. But "unlimited free updates and support" was your offer, not mine. You should honor it without me having to jump through hoops, make multiple requests, and resort to an online review to get your attention. I have long since moved on from PremiumPress which is why I haven't bothered to give you account details. The fastest classifieds system there is. Believe me I know quality after working with webdesign for 30 years. I got upset due to support being slow to respond, but they changed their ways and helped. I hope they learn from that "expectation management" is very important, even if they can not fix a problem right away, it is for the customer million times better to hear we will fix this, give us time. So I am giving them time to fix a bug, as the system otherwise deserves a huge praise for being the fastest available classifieds system for wordpress. --------------------------- UPDATE They did fix what I thought was a bug, but in the end I figured out that the package, I thought was a bug, was showing only to admin and not to end customer so really not a bug but was confusing. But believe me no other classified system is better unless you have tens and thousands of dollars to use. Nothing is faster than this one. No doubt. In other system, the biggest problem is always speed. Not in this one. So I can recommend it and thanks to Premiumpress for fixing all my complaints to a perfection. Maria
