Great clothing and customer service

The Lucca Jeans look and feel great, brilliant quality. There was an issue with my DPD delivery and my original delivery was not made properly. The team at Pré sorted this, and sent out a new pair of jeans within days. Couldnt ask for anything better.

Jeans are great however customer service is terrible. They don’t respond to insta.. the shipment they sent me had NO returns paper inside of it. I’ve emailed for an exchange and have had no response for a week.
