Power Music Tracking Order Status

I bought 3 tracks, it cost me $167.85 then I went to use the products. When you click the product it just takes you to the top of the page. I thought, ok I will call them and resolve it. Every single posted number is disconnected, so I thought OK I will talk to them through the bot app in the corner and it just hung up on me. So I sent them an email and 3 days later I have no reply and my products still do not work. Now I am stuck waiting for PayPal to ask them whether they can sort it out, it might be months before I get a refund for this.

Tonight I found out you changed your pricing policy WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE. You now pay £15 each time you use the mixer. That means you cannot change a single track in your mix without paying the full fee. Utterly ridiculous. I always tweak my mixes before I get to the final one. In theory it can now cost me £60 for my final mix. Are you for real?!?!?! I used to love the service but will now have to look for an alternative supplier.
