I ordered a generator from PED without doing any research on their customer ratings. Honestly, I might not have purchased from them given all the poor reviews, but I had such a smooth and positive experience that I felt I should post a review about it. First, they were able to sell me the particular model I was looking for when all the other major retailers were out of stock. Ultimately, there was a one-week back-order (they probably all get the generators from the same supplier), but the communication was great and I got multiple updates along the way. Once the order changed to "Shipped" status I had my generator in less than a week. The freight company that made my delivery was super helpful. They called me in advance to give me a heads up on delivery time and the driver even helped me put the pallet in my garage (something they don't have to do). The box and my generator were in perfect condition without a scratch. Maybe I was just lucky or maybe PED is making some strides to improve their customer experience. Either way, my experience was 5-Star.

I recently contacted P.E.D. Customer Service and had the pleasure of dealing with Rosanna who when out of her way to assist me with the shipping logistics of an item I had just purchased. Thanks to E-Comfort customer support Rosanne, Michelle, and Dennis. I received an incorrect part from their supplier. Through their efforts to resolve my problem, I received the correct part. The staff really went to work to get the issue corrected. For this reason, I will indebted to them & continue to order from them. My experience was excellent. The shipment issue was not their fault, but they made sure I got what I paid for. Service at 100% does exist!

Ordered a Toro Leaf Blower/Vac and delivery was in 3 days when 4-7 business days are quoted for free shipping. Very satisfied!
