Pearce Roll Arm Upholstered 3-Piece Wedge On March 1, the delivery of my sectional went without a hitch and I was so thrilled with the look and feel of it. A few weeks after, I noticed corners of the couch cushions starting to pill and the color fading in those areas. After spending $6000+ on this couch, I was shocked and figured this was a manufacturer's defect. On May 1, I called pottery barn to share the issue, expecting them to want to resolve this error quickly, and send me two new cushion covers. I am a repet customer and have spent a lot of money at PB. That wasn't the case. They sent me a link to upload pictures and a description. This was annoying and I don't have the time to try to take the perfect pictures for them to see the issue I'm seeing. Early to mid May, I finally got around to sending the pictures and description. The webpage said they should be in contact in 1-2 business days. Well life goes on, and it's July 5 and I realized I never heard from them. I reached out to their customer service email that was provided at the bottom of the upload pictures link email, which I think is not their correct email address!! See below. PotteryBarn @o.potterybarn .com I'm going to attempt another time to get in touch with customer service. For the cost of the sectional I hate the look of it pilling, the faded color, and it looking like a low quality item. It no longer looks lik it would be worth $6k. I will update my review further depending on customer provided.

Ordered the white Aubrey wall units (2 which makes 4 bookshelf/units). Paid for white glove service. Forget the installation part ….they just just crammed all 4 together and called it a day. We said “No way is it going to be left like that”! They said they would have a special installer come by. In a few days he shows up and looks at it and says “I thought it was a table ~I can’t help,you”. New company calls and we tell them we need two people to level and make this wall unit to look good ~ no problem. They are going to come the following Monday. Thursday before they call to say only one guy is coming and then call back to cancel the appointment in its entirety! My husband is darn handy and precise and got out his tools. Three hours later we have a beautifully put together wall unit. What a waste of time with pottery barn white glove delivery

I have been working with Kris Barkley at the University Village store in Seattle. Kris was outstanding to work with... so helpful and always got right back to me with my many questions. I just put an order in and I hope my purchase is as wonderful as Kris was to work with!

I recently replaced my old faithful target dinnerware set that lasted me 15 years unscathed with an “upgraded” set from Pottery Barn. It has been just about a year now and most are chipped and 3 of my plates have broken just being washed. I spend 4x on my new pottery barn set (Cambria Stoneware) and I figured with a company as reputable as PB I should try to request some kind of refund or credit due to poor quality, however (as expected) due to the time occurred outside of the return window my request was denied. So… I would like to warn others about this product in parallel. (I’m a little surprised I cannot leave a review direct on PB website btw). Please be warned about the longevity of the Cambria Stoneware dinner sets and serving items. They are very fragile and in my opinion way too over priced for how long they will last you. I have replaced them just today with my previous target plate set and feel comfortable that I will not have to shop for dinnerware for another 15 years at much less the investment. I give 2 stars for ease of purchase, appearance and customer service. I am a returning PB customer but I will look for reviews a little more now instead of just blindly trusting the name.
