Post Up Stand Tracking Order Status

I've ordered 2 banner stands for $375 and $353 respectively, each because they had custom, swap out cartridges. The case is good, the picture nice quality. I WOULD be happy except... The banner top rests on a little cheap piece of plastic (instead of the pole going into the metal top as others) - and that plastic got broken in transit AND POSTUPSTAND HAS NO SOLUTION other than to order another banner for $hundreds! Their answer was "you bought it Nov. 2023, order another one." Really? Why don't they design it like others, with the pole going into a hole in the metal top?

I've used Post up Stand for years, while working at 2 different non-profits in Kansas City. Never have we received a stand-up banner that wasn't perfect. They are always great to let us know when our art isn't right so we can make adjustments. The banners themselves are sturdy and easy to set-up and store away.

It was good to be able to order another printed fabric cover for the fold-able pop-up stand. Unfortunately the fabric is almost 2 inches wider and overlaps so much that it is difficult to align the Velcro strips on buth side and get sufficient tension.

Even better than expected. The custom shelf arrived quickly, artwork was easy to upload, and assembly was for the most part, fairly simple!

Graphics look good, but the stand is shorter than every other stand in the convention hall:(
