Posh Totty Designs Tracking Order Status

My husband brought me a necklace with our children's names on. We were due our 4th child so he left one ring blank. I sent my necklace off last week to have our sons name added, however I wanted it back in time for our holiday. The process was so easy and quick, and the customer service was brilliant. Just under a week after sending it, I have my necklace back, not only with my sons name added, but beautifuly presented and polished. Thank you!

I ordered a beautiful necklace in the shop in Brighton with the help of a lovely lady (I don't have her name I am afraid). The team were very approachable and knowledgable. When it arrived there was a very slight issue - which may have been due to my own communication not being clear - but Amber could not have been more helpful, curtious and prompt in response. All in all I have found Posh Totty not only has gorgeous products, but wonderful sevice all around.

I have a silver necklace with silver and gold charms on, I wanted to match it with a pair of earrings that would suit the gold and silver theme. I already had a pair of silver and pearl hoop earrings from Posh Totty and hoped that I could interchange the pearls with small gold heart charms that were available on their gold hoop earrings. Jese at their customer service was excellent, she confirmed that this was possible and arranged for these small gold hearts to be sold as a bespoke order, ( considerably cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere.) The hearts were quickly delivered and I am very pleased with them. Great customer service.
