Die Abwicklung war top, professionell, ich musste auch nicht nach einer Rechnung nachfragen, kam automatisch als PDF und gedruckt. Lieferung dauerte ein paar Tage, das hat mich aber 0 gestört.

Alterations- after waiting to get my products in stock porzellantreff has now assured me that they will send me a partial order with the products already available and then again when the last comes into stock. I thank you for your commitment in resolving this matter! —— It has been more than a month since I ordered. My order is worth 350 euros and I paid with debit card. They still haven’t shipped my order and I have contacted them several times…. if there had been an option to pay later then I would have done that but they wouldn’t approve that. Very disappointed and scared to loose my money.
