I just needed to order 1 box of tiles and the delivery quoted on the website was nearly as much as the tiles. I rang the Solihull showroom and spoke to Dhanish Shaukat who took my order over the phone, gave me a discount and has ordered them into the showroom so that I can pick them up from there. Not long after the order he rang me to say when they will be ready for me to collect. Fabulous service thank you. Its refreshing to deal with a company that doesn't insist on following processes that aren't convenient for the customer and are prepared to help. Thank you
