PopPoly.com Tracking Order Status

Didnt put one star as havent had “rude conduct”. But has been blunt and unhelpful ! I ordered two cardigans. With a rounded hem at back. Batwing sleeves. They are terrible quality in the material and do not look as plush or thick as the photos on the sites. The “finish” is poor. Threads hanging from all parts inside which could snag and make holes eventually. And the cardigan front hem is uneven and “wonkey” Very disappointed. Contacted company who have informed me at first i can have $5 off my next order. Then $8 after I was not satisfied. Or i can return them to Shanghai at an approx cost of $40 !! so far that is as far as I have got. I would not reccommend this company. I wish I had researched them more. But the website looked so proffessional. My mistake. On their facebook page many comments will not show as they have been hidden. Only good comments or tagging of people is there. Occasionaly one is there regarding no or late delivery of clothing.

I’ve purchased a few items now and it’s very hit or miss. One dress I received was perfect and a cardigan I received was an absolute comedy piece. And it wasn’t a fluke - I happened to have ordered two. They did not honor their refund policy and gave me back only half of my money. They did try to work with me, but still refused to honor what was posted. Also your shipment comes from China and takes 4 weeks to arrive. So don’t order on a deadlin.

Well, I did receive my product. Ordered on 12/12 and arrived around the 28th. Very poorly made - strings hanging off everywhere. But, it was cute enough for what I paid. However, WAY too small. When I saw it came from China I knew there was no way I was returning it, so I sent it home with my daughter. I do see now that they have a sizing chart which would have probably led me to order a bigger size - I don't recall that being there when I ordered the item.

I did get the product I ordered. I am happy with it. However I have learned a valuable lesson about online ordering from sites that appear American but are shipping from China. The customer service is awful. The tracking system is terrible. The delivery process is brutal - took way longer than what the website indicated and at Christmas time, and ordering gifts, reliability and confidence in the company needs to be paramount. I consider myself luckier that those who left one star reviews because the product they ordered never arrived at all. This seems the norm for not just Poppoly but BelleLily, Loosely.com (awful) and Modily.I will stick to ordering from reputable companies (Amazon) and doing hands on shopping at stores.

I Already order some Clothes on Poppoly (Some Hoodie and T-Shirt). for me the clothes they sale is very good quality and nice .. they site is secure for payments cause they only accept via paypal .. and they shipment is fast for me .. So I Very impress with this site .. thank you
