I was originally wary about ordering from this site but my daughter's backpack shipped out the next business day and arrived later that week.

Every time I order 2 of the same items from you I always get just one of them & then when I check on the second item I’m told you don’t have anymore. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. How is this possible? Then like today I get stuck with paying the same shipping cost for 3 items when I actually ordered/wanted 5 (which would have reduced the shipping cost per item). Really mad this is 3rd time it’s happened to me and really considering to not make anymore purchases from you
