Pooky Tracking Order Status

I bought a lamp which developed a charging fault within three months I then re bought the lamp as I needed it for a celebration. Reviewing on here led to a reply by Pooky that did not address THIS order but an earlier one This was their mistake and rude to publicly dispute that I had re bought the lamp I'm still out of pocket for the lamp The first lamp I bought never worked it looked like a return. This one worked for a few months but then stopped charhing

Bought a wooden lamp base about 18 months ago. All was well until I discovered that the lamp had developed woodworm. As there is no other wood in the room and the holes and frass are clearly located on the lamp I can only assume this was in the wood when it arrived. I have contacted Pooky to let them know, but very disappointing and I would have thought - given the price - that Pooky may have been more careful in where it is sourcing its material from. I am not anticipating a refund as it has been so long, but wanted to warn others before they bought similar items.

The product range is unique and the delivery service is fast. I did have to return an item and the refund took a bit longer than I had hoped but my experience overall was very good and I will definitely come back as the range of products is unique and exciting.

Mostly good; bathroom light pretty but dim. I have bought several lamps from Pooky - a chandelier and four wall lights for my lounge, and more recently two wall lights and four "Round Roddy" ceiling lights for my bathrooms. (I have a shower room and a bathroom, each roughly 4m x 1.6m area and 2.7, high; each with two ceiling lights.) The ceiling lights are disappointingly not very bright, even at their brightest. Each has three light bulbs - LED G9s - which I'm told are approximately equivalent to a 25W incandescent bulb. Two of the lamps, when fitted, turned out to have a faulty bulb, so I'm having to source replacements and have them fitted. UPDATE Pooky did send replacement bulbs. They initially sent non-dimmable bulbs, which I sent back, and then they sent dimmable bulbs. I have since replaced all the bulbs with higher wattage ones, with an acceptable light level.
