Pompeii3 Tracking Order Status

Purchased a ring from them and I didn't like it, they happily accepted return. I ended up getting another and the quality was great. Came quickly and securely. Customer service was helpful and efficient! Just ordered a diamond necklace for myself. I have no reason to doubt it will also be amazing! UPDATE received my 1.5 carat necklace early! It's stunning. I can't understand how others gave a bad review. I have had 2 excellent purchases with them.

I just received my custom order diamond ring. I did have a quality concern with another order but they worked with me on my issue and went over the top with this ring. Stunning… stunning… stunning RING. No picture can show how beautiful this ring is! Pompeii3 exceeded my expectations with this custom order ring. Educate yourselves so you can order the stone and ring that will make you happy. This lab diamond is just over 4 carats, E color, Excellent cut, VS2. The delivery of the custom order was a few weeks but WOW!!! Know what you are buying. Pompeii3 - I LOVE my ring. Thank you so very, very much!

The review instructions ask for me to be honest and instructive. OK, Be a better business to your customer!! There is no customer service!! I sent a ring back for size exchange. They approved the exchange and provided the mail address. USPS tracking said they received 2/12/24, but I can't get an answer for when I will get my replacement. No answers to phone calls, no answers to Messages, no answers to emails. Do not do business with this company if you expect to have good customer service or get your money's worth. I am out $1400 and may have to pursue legal actions.

Not all reviews are created equal and I am glad I decided to take a chance with them. It seemed many negative reviews applied to shipping time. I don’t think many people took the time to read more carefully. I bought mine through a third party, and I admit the quick view did indicate 3 day arrival, but if you actually read further, it clearly states a later delivery estimate, or at least for me it did. The ring arrived a couple days early and they were quick to notify me of the shipment and arrival updates. The ring arrived and it’s beautiful, it came high quality ring box and exactly as described. I can’t believe the quality for the price. No one knows what the future holds but I was delivered a gorgeous ring that I’m very happy with.

I ordered lab-grown Certified 2.00Ct Pear Solitaire Diamond Pendant 14k Yellow Gold Necklace (D-E, VS) on 12/15/2023 and paid for the $11 or so for Fed-ex delivery for it to be delivered by Christmas. It arrived on 12/23/2023. It's beautiful and my GF loves it. I see some adverse reviews here, but since my experience was good I want to share. Maybe I got lucky or maybe they've made changes.
