We had bought a headset through the telecom company. After months of complaints that the headset was not working properly and after much searching, we were finally able to send an email to a person. The chat keeps running in circles. On the mail, we also keep getting a standard reply. After many e-mails, we finally received a return label to return the headset in warranty with the serial number (it was less than a year old). We receive a headset with the wrong cable with the headset and they say we ordered the wrong headset and we have to order a new one. Totally no service!!!!

I spent hours registering a headset because their websites has lots of bugs and not user friendly. Talked with someone on live chat. The person was very impatient by the way. I asked “Can I send it via post office?” He replied: “Then I believe it will be paid yes you may choose any option to send it to us.”. Then wasted time and went to a post office. I was told by a person at post office that i have to pay it myself. I was on the phone again and the guy was either pretending he didn’t understand that basic English in the chat scripts or he was playing dumb. Anyway, he told me that the other guy didn’t mean that the postage was free. And interpreted the scripts in a way that supported his point by cherry picking words and scentences. What he said on the phone was very ridiculous and quite stupid, but yet very interesting. It showed how far a person wanted to go to cover something. Another point, why a bar code was printed and ask customers to paste the barcode to the package, if the customers need to pay it? Does it make people more confused?! Anyway, I realised that I should not waste my time anymore. The cost to post the item is not much but because of this incident I cannot trust what they say and I want to stay away from them. After the phone call with Poly, I don't have trust on them any more. If you want to buy a product from them just because of the warranty? Then forget about it. Don’t waste your time and money.

Compre el auricular Plantronics C565, pero en menos de un año se ha roto la pieza de plastico que se inserta en los accesorios, simplemente cuando estaba colocando el accesorio almohadilla diadema grande, al insertarla y girarlo suavemente para anclarlo como había hecho varias veces antes. No esta cubierto por la garantía. Es inadmisible que un excelente auricular quede inservible por la pésima calidad de una pieza de plástico en menos de un año.

I've purchased 2 of their cameras and tc8s. Received them and their website wouldn't recognise their own S/N, I've had a ticket with them for over two months now and still not resolved. Now they are expecting me to deal between them and the reseller instead of them going directly to their resellers. One of the latest emails I receive was to give them all my information again. Needless to say I don't hear from them for weeks at a time. Such a horrible experience!
