This is the second time they honoured their word. Love this product... Thank u again very so much. To replace my remote twice. On the dollar.

I had a five year warranty on my speakers. My warranty was almost up and my crossovers both failed. I let customer service know but the parts were not being manufactured. They did come through with the warranty by replacing my speakers with new and much better ones. Their warranty was easy and fast to respond. Very easy to deal with. I will be buying Polk speakers again the next time I need speakers. I am also telling everyone about my great experience with them. Thank you so much.

Après avoir acheté une barre son Magnifi max en outlet sur le site Polk. J'ai pu découvrir la qualité du service client. Malgré un achat de 370 euros , pas de facture. J'en suis à mon 5 ème mails pour espérer la récupérer alors que normalement c'est obligatoirement délivré. L'achat en question n'a pas tenu 2 heures , donc je me retrouve actuellement avec un système qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de solution. J'ai fait 2 mails pour leur demander une solution à mon problème . Aucun retour. Dommage le produit a l'air de qualité ( sonore ) mais pour le reste, nul !!

Great home google speaker, but with awful cheap power adaptor which sparked and eventually blew (after 2 years). I asked Polk if they sold replacement power adaptors, they said I had to contact their "UK spare parts partner" Sontec. I contacted Sontec who said they would have to ask Polk if the spare part existed. 4 weeks later the apologised, saying they had chased Polk but still not heard back. After 7 weeks they said they'd heard back from Polk that there was no spare part. So I emailed both Sontec and Polk again asking if they could at least tell me if the fuse was in the adaptor or the speaker. (I wanted to buy a generic adaptor and try that, but not if the fuse has blown in the speaker.) Sontec replied that they could not tell me; Polk never replied.

I sent them an email regarding a "popping noise" from my sound bar. Warren Husband from Polk South Africa was very helpful. Replied quickly and told me it was related to the OS needing an update.
