Polar Recovery Tracking Order Status

I bought a steam sauna from Polar-Recovery. The product is excellent, and is ready to jump into within 10 minutes of turning on, and the price was excellent value. Customer support in Polar-Recovery was excellent and the team answered my quries very promptly. I'd fully recommend this organisation based on my own experience.

Had a bad experience with another brand with a poor quality ice bath which lasted about 2 weeks. I went with Polar just based on other people’s testimonials. Glad I did! Only regret is I didn’t go with them first! I’ve recommended all my friends! Also seen Mike the owner on tik tok videos which was pretty cool too!

My experience with polar recovery was outstanding!! Even though I had placed a pre-order and there were extended delays through no fault of the company. I was happy to wait a fair bit longer than you normally would. This was down to customs not the handling of the company. Every step of the way I had great communication and phone contact from polar recovery informing me of every step we were at which for me was very reassuring as for me it was a big purchase. I was very pleased to get my sauna/ ice bath package it was so simple to set up and very efficient and effective to use . I would recommend this company 100% .
