Unreliable fraudulent company, they won't process refunds even after waiting for 4 months. Still no refund to date; email after email they only give excuses and don't comply with regulations and the law which clearly states they should refund on request and upon cancellation of services. Proceeding to reporting them to the necessary organisations for further action. Avoid at all costs, never purchase from or through them to avoid the hassle and losing money.
