POCO Mobile Tracking Order Status

Die angegebene Support Email ist nicht erreichbar. Auf Social Media antwortet niemand. Globalsupport-Email meldet sich keiner. Ich würde ja gerne von meinen Erfahrungen mit dem po.co Support berichten, aber es ist schlicht unmöglich diesen zu kontaktieren.

Ich habe mir im Juli direkt bei Poco die Smartwatch zugelegt. Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos von statten. Die Uhr selbst ist auch top. Dann ist mir allerdings ohne Fremdeinwirkung das Armband kaputt gegangen. Die Haltenüppel sind einfach weggebrochen. Naja dachte ich, bestellste dir halt ein Ersatzarmband. Pustekuchen. Für die Uhr gibt es kein einziges Ersatzarmband was passt. Gut dachte ich, frage ich mal beim Kundenservice nach. Also Mail an die Supportmailadresse gesendet. Dann hieß es warten. Als ich keine Antwort erhalten hatte habe ich den Live Chat auf der Website probiert. Hier sagte man mir dann, ne keine Garantie auf Armbänder. Ja ist mir schon bewusst, ich hatte dann um etwas Kulanz gebeten da die Uhr ohne Armband leider nicht mehr verwendbar ist. Aussage war dann, hier haste zwei Läden geh da mal gucken. Ich sagte dann nochmals das es keine Ersatzarmbänder gibt, weder von Fremdherstellern noch von Poco selbst und habe deswegen nett gefragt ob man mir eventuell ein neues Armband zusenden könnte, da die Pfennigartikel sicherlich zu Hauf verfügbar sind. Ne geht nicht tschüss. Geiler Kundenservice.. NICHT! Habe mir nun mittlerweile zwei Armbänder von einer anderen Uhr (Redmi Lite) bestellt. Die Uhr sieht exakt so aus wie die Poco Watch. Das erste passte nicht, nun hoffe ich das das zweite passt. Hier muss die Uhr nun in einen Rahmen gesetzt werden, da das Armband mit dem direkten Anschluss an der Uhr nicht zu 100% passte. I was on the market for good Android phones for my son whose phone was smashed again at school. A little put off by the reviews here but I'm comfortable with xiaomi (parent company). Xiaomi are third biggest phone sellers worldwide (mostly china/india). I went for the poco f3 with rrp of £349 but regularly selling for under £250. Crazy good spec for the money. So yeh i wanted to trust the company. Ordered the phone on Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Paperwork showed it was shipped by: Importer: Xiaomi Technology UK Limited Address: Unit Part Ground Floor, North Wing, 100 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading RG2 6UJ But i have a few bad things to say that might put some off. 1. Ordering. It was hard to order. Website a bit bust. The bit where you enter an address there is a listbox that supposed to contain your city. It is empty. This is because i hadn't put a space in the post code 3 fields above. Not very obvious. 2. Dpd tracking. Yes you get an email with a broken dpd link. Clicking on it does nothing. Googling 'dpd xiaomi tracking' shows lots of others having similar problems. The tracking number is correct but you have too remove last 5 digits. 3. The phone comes with a lot of preinstalled apps. Pain to remove The phone (poco f3) came with a case, charger and a mic-to-usb converter. Happy that delivery was quick and phone works well.
