Horrible initial setup! The instructions on the unit clearly state three simple steps: connect the carbon filter, fill up the tub, turn it on! So I did just that. Then pure black carbon filled the tub. Had to drain it once. Then just had to drain it again because the carbon destroyed the filter. Caused so much headache doing all this ad my plunge is upstairs!

I want to give a shout out to The Cold Plunge, a.k.a. Plunge, for their Customer Service's quick and very helpful response to our need for assistance with the tub's temperature stabilization. I have the 1st generation H/C Plunge and did not understand how to keep the temperature at the level I wanted. I made a phone call to Plunge and within two days we had a technician out to our house. The problem would have been more difficult for me to rectify but it was quickly resolved due to the tech's expertise. Except for this one small issue all has gone very well with our Plunge. Delivery was perfect and overall maintenance has been very easy. I would highly recommend Plunge.
