Plumbworld Tracking Order Status

Great bath solid!! Most plastic baths usually flimsy but this one firm should not yet installed but arrive in great condition as described.

Its a Friday, its been a long week, we all want to go home. I accidentally order 2 bathroom cabinets because I am a big dumb dumb, so I call customer support at 6 in the evening hoping to get this sorted. Shamsa is there to save the day, she is unable to modify the order there and then but sorts it first thing on a Saturday. Absolute diamond. Thank you Shamsa for sorting this so quickly and diligently, absolute star. I highly recommend Plumbworld!

Fair price, reliable service and a good quality product.

An Aqualisa showerhead I ordered last year became faulty. I called customer services on Thursday evening and they asked me to email with my query. I did so, and received a response from Shamsa within one minute! I sent a photo/video of the issue as she requested and I received a new part this morning, Saturday! You absolutely can't get better than that, thank you Plumbworld, one happy customer.

A pleasure to buy from. On one occasion, the item was badly packaged. Left a bad review elsewhere. Plumbworld immediately phone me asking for more details about what happened. Turns out they were not aware that such packaging had issues. Promptly apologised with a small refund as a gesture of good will. Bought more stuff after that. No issues whatsoever! THIS is how a company should work.
