I made a purchase of a tape emulator which for some reason I could not authorise- so contacted Plugin B. A guy called Thomas delt with me, Firstly I felt I was being listened too. Polite, helpful, and he seemed to care.(something missing too often these days!).After exchanging a couple of e-mails the problem was solved, It now works perfectly-Better than expected! Great customer service. Polite and friendly. I had an issue with something I bought. The page didnt seem to mention the 2 other expansions packs that were included so I wasnt sure what I was getting. They contacted the product manufacturer and confirmed that the 2 packs were included. Whilst the correspondence took a while (I assume because its such a popular site) it was good service.
