Playmobil Tracking Order Status

Anche se il regalo non è arrivato in tempo per il compleanno del festeggiato, ho ricevuto il gioco, dopo parecchi giorni, in omaggio, dall'azienda e il rimborso totale, non me l'aspettavo... mi sono ricreduta,ditta molto seria e giocattoli fantastici... grazie Playmobil 😊

Da generazioni in famiglia giochiamo col Playmobil e da poco abbiamo potuto constatare la qualità del servizio clienti che ci ha aiutato a trovare dei pezzi per noi molto importanti dal punto di vista affettivo. sono stati davvero comprensivi, precisi e la consegna super rapida. Peccato che le stelle non bastino per dire che sono più che eccellenti!

Bought several sets for Christmas. One set had the stickers missing, contacted Playmobil via email and the stickers have been sent out. Items are good quality and packed well for delivery.

Based on the reviews here on trust Pilot I was very skeptical to purchase on here on the 28th of November I decided to trust my gut, AND SO GLAD I DID. Everything came within 2 weeks dispite the website stipulating it could take up to 8 weeks due to postal strikes and Christmas but they came in time and boxed and everything was fine. I'm very thankful 🙏 thanks again playmobil on my first successful order 🙂. If your looking to place an order now, it may be unrealistic to recieve in time but birthdays etc perfect just leave a bit of time to be delivered xx

Fantastic, friendly service from Angela in customer services. I contacted CS directly as site was sketchy for ordering parts. Lost (by my kids or hoover) Ghostbusters replacement parts ordered and posted out immediately. Best customer service from any company in years 😁👏
