Plato's Closet Tracking Order Status

Store obviously managed by teenagers. Store smelled like a locker room.

Cheap, quality threads to cover your sinful self. Took my deadHead friend here (since his luggage was pilfered on a greyhound ride) We both found some good styles, respectable brands, hipster worthy fashion at prices better than Any thrift store I've seen in FL!

The only thing I like abt this place is the shoes there is so many good shoes there and I have never had a problem at this place sry to all the other people who have had troubles at the there location.

Don't bother taking your clothes there to be sold. You'll receive a horrible experience with employees that are rude and disrespectful. I was told my 2 medium size totes of name-brand school clothes & athletic wear items (some new) would be done in 1-3 hrs and I would receive a text when ready. I killed time in the area & went back 3 hrs later to check because I had to be at work within an hour. I was told they hadn't gotten to them yet and they'd be ready in 45 minutes. I said if you guarantee they'll be ready in 45 minutes then I'll wait. The young girl then said they couldn't guarantee the time and I could take my clothes back with me and bring another time. I didn't take them with me and left for work. It's good I didn't wait around because it took 80 minutes for them to finally text saying my clothes were ready. I went in the following morning and was told there was only (1) piece of clothing they wanted to buy. I knew then the girls from the previous night decided to take the first item on the top to buy and didn't even look at the rest because in the other tote there were (3) additional shirts exactly like the one they wanted to buy. Long story short....I didn't sell them the shirt. I talked to the manager/owner....not really sure because the young employee that waited on me said the owner wasn't there when I asked to speak to the owner. I let the "person in charge" know how I had been treated and suggested she have a meeting with her employees to discuss their behavior and policies. Needless to say....I won't be taking any clothes to Plato's anymore. Be Smart .... Take Your Clothes Somewhere Else ...

Today, I took 5 brand new clothing items to Plato's Closet to sell. When I came back in to pick up my items-(all items I brought in, were in excellent condition-aside from 1 pair of Skechers Running sneakers-those were in okay condition), I was yelled at from across the room for literally no reason. I was told that while my Winter Boots were Brand New they couldn't take them because they were "written all over with Marker"- those were the Sales Associate Manager's Exact words. I do not own any Pink markers or pens. When I brought my property in to Plato's Closet it did not have ANY Pink Marker on it. Not anywhere. When I told this to the Associate Manager she was rude to me. She was angry-and very defensive. She kept saying wierd things like "what do you want me to do"? I asked for the Store Owners Name and she was mean about that too. Her hand was shaking and she seemed like she expected some terrible thing to happen. It was a simple question. Why people are expecting or trying to force some big scene to play out where I live-right after they do TERRIBLE CRUEL things to me-usually they all get their Camera phones out so they can record my reaction to what they have just done to me-is a big mystery. And it's so mean to do to me. At this point-I barely leave my residence because I have been stalked-harassed-followed-the Victim of terrible Hate Crimes. So many people have done such horrible things to me ON PURPOSE-like aiming their vehicle directly at me and they speed towards me to try to hit and kill me 😰😪😥-others hitting me with their car repeatedly then jumping out with their Camera and Filming ME hiding from them in my own car while they ATTACK ME AND FILM ME AND KEEP HITTING MY CAR--THAT KIND OF TERRIBLE STUFF 😪😰😥😥😥 So at this point-I never know what to expect from all these people where I live. The things they plan or what they have decided to do to me-so once again it was Yell at Yasmin Day all over again. Mark up my Property-Lie to me. All the same stuff. This destruction of my personal property by Plato's Closet employees is unacceptable for me. Someone at their store deliberately wrote in Pink Marker on my brand new boots. That is not okay. Then they deliberately lied about it. I did have a chance to speak with the actual Store Owner. She did apologize to me and offered to try to remedy the situation. And I do appreciate that. She seems like a very nice lady. I don't blame her for this problem. It's happened to me by these employees at this store before. The yelling at me and just very rude employees. For me, this is just one more example of the daily and constant DISCRIMINATION I am dealing with. I never know how bad it will get or how to deal with these people. They are blatantly purposely very cruel to me😥😪. I found it also strange that a "Dancing Couple" raced right next to me on a not busy day at all-they even backed up and moved over so as to get as physically close to me as possible-a young woman jumped out in an all black leotard and was dancing right next to my car in an Ice Dancing leotard Costume-she appeared to have almost NOTHING ON and was twirling and twirling and the man also in full Costume was jumping and running around. They Performed their wierd pre-planned Dancing Jumping Twirling SKIT ran into PLATOS CLOSET then ran out jumped in their Pick-Up and raced off. The strange bizarre rude acts being done to me in nearly all stores where I live, that seem to all be Playing to the SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS-THE YELLING-TREATING ME LIKE I AM A NUISANCE AND OR WORSE 😥😪 THESE PEOPLE ALL are collectively causing me A Lot of Pain and Suffering! They are doing it to me on purpose. And no-one seems to care at all 😥😪. I do find it odd that Plato's Closet won't ever accept anything by J.Crew. One of my favorite brands. It tells me something. And that something is not good :( Possibly the person who Marked up my beige suede Boots with PINK MARKER is trying to make some sort of Political Statement? If so, that is no way to treat a Customer.
