I found the planet x staff to be extremely helpful, the only things that went wrong for me were, when I tried to book a Saturday delivery on a bank holiday weekend and Fedex had to postpone it until Tuesday, I could not get the manage my delivery part of the Fedex app to work on my mobile phone, since then I have tried this on my desktop pc instead and it works fine.

I give it 5 stars because I ordered Thursday afternoon and the bike was at the door Saturday morning. Also the bike was set up perfectly. I been out four times and have not adjusted anything apart from seat height. Thank you
