Planet Fitness Tracking Order Status

Went into to go workout and the one of the employees that I havnt seen before Cornellm at the Bloomington MN store said I couldn’t work out… the person with the black member card needs to be there… I have gone multiple times with out my husband and others havnt said anything. But I have explained before why he wasn’t there do to he had to watch our kid when we took turns for work outs. So instead we canceled the account and aren’t considering to anyone else to use this gym. He didn’t care about me saying he had to watch our kid and that’s why he couldn’t come. So we canceled our black member ship card and never returning back to Planet fitness! Planet fitness doesn’t care ! Date happened Monday 11/2024 at 6:45 ish pm

It continues to get worse. First off never has the bathroom not had all sinks and blowers that work and they’ve yet to replace the scale. Today there was no toilet paper, then when I tried to use the hydro bed it had a error message on the screen that I repeatedly tried to x out without success then was told by a employee ‘’sir, you just have to,press the button” 🙄🙄no shit, yeah, it doesn’t work. I’ll be going back to my old gym it’s closer anyway and free. It’s just to much aggravation every time and no matter what time. If a machine isn’t down and when they are it’s usually weeks😏they need a couple water bottles for the ones who like to have 20 minute holding up a machine! So,e of us use routines and it sucks when you have to wait or just don’t do the machine that day because you’ve got people sitting at a machine chatting. Annoying as hell set up,a water station with a sign saying conversations here! Also, being a former trainer and worker at a gym I’ve yet to see any of these people with trainer on their shirt assist anybody! I’ve noticed lots of times of people who obviously know nothing of how to properly use one! Never have I seen an employee assist anyone on the proper use of a machine!

I could tell that Planet Fitness tries its hardest to keep the gym experience decent. Unfortunately, I believe low membership cost, and lack of staff, encourages people to treat the Gym like garbage. I don't know if it is because gym members are inconsiderate, or if staff members in some Planet Fitness gyms are just lazy. I had to change gym memberships because it was always a maze to find equipment or a pair of matching dumbbells, it is over crowded, and I could never just lift in peace. Overall, if you are looking for a place to lift on occasion, I could recommend. Although it is a cheaper alternative than other gyms, if you want to lift everyday and are a serious gym goer, it's not worth it.
