Pistola Denim Tracking Order Status

Customer service is non existent. If you have issues with your order (which you will), they will not respond. I paid for 2-day shipping and it has been 5 days since I ordered and the item has not shipped yet.

I rarely write negative reviews but this needs to be said. I found their product through Saks off 5th, liked how it appeared and assumed decent quality. Upon wearing the jeans, I noticed a slight tear wear the metal brads are on the jeans. I took it to my tailor who advised that the brads were stronger than the then denim used. They repaired it for me. On my second wear, I noticed yet another tear. I wrote to customer service which guarantees 4c hours response. More than 3 months later, nothing. If you seek quality, please consider another brand. First and last Pistola Denim purchase from me.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans online, they arrived after paying very expensive international shipping. Both pairs look nothing like the photos online. Really ugly and cheap washes in reality. Grey jeans online are actually black in reality for example. They have distressed them so the white cotton is showing through. Really disappointed as the first pair I bought in store I love. I contacted customer services with photos of online pic v reality, no apology, no concern for my disappointment or acknowledgement that the product they sent me is nothing like what I thought I was buying based on images online. Won’t buy again. Hopefully I get my money back after paying another huge bill to ship back! FYI no offer to refund my shipping either.

Ordered Grover Field Suit in two sizes, to be sure of correct fit. Returned one, paid for postage etc, but I never received a refund. When I followed up with customer services, they were most unhelpful. Disappointing and expensive experience.

This company is amazing!! BEST denim ever - you can find super stretch pieces, comfortable stretch or no stretch. Their fit is perfect!! i am 5'10 and i can actually fit in their jumpsuits (the top isn't short) styles are prefect! i get compliments all the time!! you have return options - very easy! pictures as depicted! you need a pair of there jeans(or two) in your life!!
