Pink Lily Tracking Order Status

The product I ordered looked nothing like the photos on their website. The fit was terrible and now I’m stuck with the product because they only offer gift cards for returned items. I have no plans to reorder!

Be careful to review the return policy before ordering! ONLY STORE CREDIT plus cost of shipping is taken out of credit. Same quality as Target clothing at double the price.

I love the sweatshirt I got from Pink Lily. It fits great and was received fast. Will probably order some clothes during black friday.

I was super disappointed in my most recent experience with Pink Lily. I am a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money with them. I recently purchased some items when they were promoting a sale if you buy a certain amount then you get a free shoulder bag. I purchased the amount they required, my order went through no problems and when I got my order confirmation the bag was listed on there as a receivable item. But then my shipment arrived and no bag. I reached out to inquire and was told “sorry we ran out”. I pushed back on it because it was on my order confirmation and also no one ever communicated to me that I would not be receiving the item. They again repeated themselves. I pushed back again saying it was disappointing because it feels like a sales tactic to get people to spend more money without following through on what you have marketed. The fine print did say until supplies run out but my frustration was more with the lack of communication. My order arrived with a missing item and no one felt it prudent to communicate that. I recommended to them to change their process so that a customer is notified of shortage of supply prior to spending $150+ in order to receive said promotional item. I was disappointed and to make matters worse, literally days later I see that they are once again marketing a sale on the very hand bags they had supposedly run out of. All in all it out a bad taste in my mouth and I’m not sure I will order from them again.
