Could not ask for better service Packing was excellent after sales service is 100% spoke to Paul and Susan about a vey slight problem with a lens cap and was resolved amazingly prompt, this is how online selling is supposed to be. I bought a spotting scope which was exactly as described on their website (high quality) so would highly recommend this compony and will be using again

I recently purchased an item via a large online market place, this order was fulfilled and shipped by PicStop. Unfortunately the item was defective and I was put in touch with PicStop to discuss a return. The situation ended up with me using PicStop as a go between to communicate with Celestron. After several days and daily assistance from PicStop the item was replaced by Celestron. PicStop went out of their way to help me resolve a problem that they were not responsible for. Based on their customer service alone I would strongly recommend using PicStop. I will use them in the future when buying telescope related equipment. I was recently searching for a telescope for my son, and finally landed on the Astromaster 70 AZ. After doing my homework, I found that PicStop was £50 cheaper than the next best price online, and that included the likes of Amazon.
