PicMonkey Tracking Order Status

I use picmonkey a year now and recently due to email account and payment changes I got billed a yearly fee. However I’m really pleased with the support and actions I have experienced asap I raised the above issue. They responded instantly with all the explanations and choices to keep prescriptions and get a refund all in an easy email correspondence. For me this is a very professional way of dealing with their customers satisfaction. Thank you.

I love PicMonkey, but the move to Shutterstock has made me sad. The images are cheesy… and I have the pro version. It was so much better before Shutterstock. I’m only writing this review in hopes that a collective effort of disappointment with the switch to Shutterstock will invoke change. I love PicMonkey, so it hurts to even do this.

I used to love Picmonkey and I put a lot of effort into learning how to use it but recently it's become unusable. It's so slow and clunky it almost makes me cry. As I write this I've been waiting FIVE minutes for a colour to change. I've had to reload three times in an hour and while waiting for a graphic to load I had time to go and make a cup of tea and that's pretty typical of it lately. The problem is not with my computer either. I've got a trial of Canva and it's working just fine. The problem is with whatever has happened to Picmonkey in the last six months or so. I don't like Canva, it doesn't have anything like Picmonkey's potential but, for what it does do, it actually works. Having to move all my designs over will be a huge PITA but I think I'm going to do it. I can't work like this. It's so slow my side hustle is turning into a full-time job which is just a tad impractical. If you want to upload an image and type Happy Birthday over it, it's great, but so is MS Word. If you want to use layers to do something like designing bookcovers - forget it. Forget it or be prepared to spend a whole day doing something that used to take an hour. Alternatively, open a layer and try to import a graphic, while it's doing that you can vacuum. Repeat for the next layer and while it's doing that prep a week's worth of dinners. Save as a PDF? You probably have time to do a 12-hour shift and come home and walk the dog. If it isn't done by then, just reload and stick in some laundry. After three or four days you might have a book cover but heaven help you if the author wants changes. Do I sound disgruntled yet? I'm giving it two stars for old times' sake because I'm the sentimental type but not so sentimental I intend to keep the wretched thing.

I want to warn other business owners thinking about paying up for Picmonkey. I'm a Pro Business user and have been for about 3 years now. I use picmonkey every day for my business which makes the recent decline in the product extremely frustrating. Tech support is all email based. On average I'm seeing two days just to get an email response to a problem. At this rate it could be weeks before you find a solution to a problem. FYI They don't give you much time to respond before they close the ticket which is also a problem. Since flash went away and the new pickmonkey was rolled out I've had consistent problems with files never loading and getting the "trouble in paradise" reload screen. I'm getting days upon days where I can't use the program on any browser. When this product isn't working, I'm not working which is a real problem for my business. The product is extremely inconsistent....it magically works for a few days and then goes back to not working for a few days. I don't know what they've done here but the product is pretty much unusable and I'm about to start searching for an alternative like Canva when my one year subscription is up. Picmonkey if your reading this you need to spend the money and get some real chat tech support at the very least- this back and forth on email is maddening and inefficient for business owners. Please fix your broken product!
