Photo Paper Direct Ltd. Tracking Order Status

I ordered 50 sheets of PPD A4 Inkjet Glossy Brochure Paper on 22 Oct at 11:00 am and received the order today at 11:30 am. Further, I live in Northern Ireland and received order in just 24 hours - amazing! I tested the paper this afternoon and it is more than perfect. Over the last 6 months I have tried all suppliers, and they would match the quality and price of photo paper direct! Thank you very much, PPD! Regards, Brendan McKeever

I was searching for a double sided photo paper when I came upon Photo Paper Direct. I was not sure if the item I was looking at would be suitable. I contacted them by Email with my query. I received a response within ten minutes from a young lady named Sylvana. She advised me that the paper I was looking at was not really the best for my needs and pointed me to an alternative. I trusted her opinion and placed an order for two packs. I paid by Paypal and the transaction went through without any problem. I emailed Sylvana and let her know I had placed my order. Within an hour I received confirmation of my order. That was two days ago. This morning I received my order and it is exactly what I wanted "Good Quality" photo printing paper that you can print clearly and legibly on the reverse side. They provided me with a service second to none and I thoroughly recommend them for speed, efficiency and excellent customer service.

My order for A3 inkjet paper came in a flash and with proper professional packing, even plastic corner protectors. The test print is as good as any more expensive papers so l am very happy.

When using Paper Direct - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will NOT offer quality customer service by reviewing the order for typo's. The order goes directly to print. A very simple word contained a typo and they refused to reprint. (proof was sent-yes) I order a high volume of printed materials and have had reputable printers call me with anything questionable. AND THEY FIX IT!!!!!! VERY disappointed PAPER DIRECT!!!

Only ever had one issue with PPD and there t-shirt transfer paper is one of the best but when you do have a problem don't expect a quick resolution and be prepared to be told its your fault !
