Photo affections took forever to send my Holiday photo cards (a common complaint it seems!), and when I received them, they were badly overexposed! I had to send them out when I received them :(, but was very dissatisfied - I e-mailed customer service and included a pic of both the ORIGINAL photo and the photo as it appeared on the cards they sent - MUCH lighter, washed out. They went back and forth with e-mails (the ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars rather than 1), but though I sent them the "comparison" photos (the original and their overexposed version) THREE TIMES, they refused to acknowledge their bad work and then wrote: "We're sorry you're not happy with your new cards! Checking the snapshot against the original design, it seems that the cards printed as they were submitted." BS!!!! They "deigned" to refund me $13.50 - but didn't apologize or refund me for the bad cards. I told them I would write a bad review - something I NEVER do!, but I am very frustrated by their dismissive response, and will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!! Be warned, they don't stand behind their work, and blame the customer.

Reordered as I needed more photos of the same thing i had Ordered for a holiday card. They sent me the previous years and didn’t respond to inquiries for several days making it so another reorder would be too late. When they responded they blamed me. And When I got the wrong order i tossed them. Fast forward to finally getting an email they won’t give a refund without getting the order back, which has been tossed and I truly don’t understand this as they can’t use the photo for a anything. After several years of using them, I Do not plan to order from them again after this.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. I ordered 100 holiday cards & they only sent 49 envelopes- when I called to complain they made me count out each one. It is going to take another 10 days before I get my envelopes, so I will be rushing to get them sent out on time. I asked her to expedite the order and she said this was best she could do. Quality of cards are not great either, pictures came out blurry. I will never use this company again

Frustrated! Ordered a groupon deal as I know others that have liked photo affections. I think the company ended up overloaded this week as it seems many orders are stuck in production. I tried to speed up my order to get faster by paying extra for shorter shipping. But it didn't change my speed to arrive because of the delay in production. So I reached out to get a refund. It took some frustration on chat but then finally got a representative that was kind and refunded the shipping I paid and tried to get it switched to overnight. Still waiting to see how it all turns out. I've used the same company my whole adult life for xmas cards and decided to switch this year verdict is out if i use them again. definitely not in December that's for sure.

Similar to other complaints, I paid for 2-3 day shipping and didn't read the small print that says from the time that the product is ready. I ordered on Dec 8. They finally shipped Dec 12. Now the delivery says Dec 19. That's misrepresentation.
