Phonebot Tracking Order Status

Really poor customer experience. I returned a faulty used iPad pro and took several weeks for me get a replacement device that I was satisfied with. There were numerous unnecessary delays that meant I was without an serviceable device for weeks. There were several broken promises from the support team: "we'll get back to you by the end of today with an answer" and I was forced to chase after them. I wouldn't buy from Phonebot again

ordered an s22 'like new' and got exactly that, only signs its ever been opened is a few specs of dust in the deeper cracks. they posted it same day as order. cant recomend enough the bang for buck is insane! will be back in future
