Even do I received defective chairs those were promptly replaced, furniture looks great.

I read many previous reviews and was impressed as I needed a smaller set for a small porch. The delivery was an issue as only 1/2 boxes arrived. No help from UPS or Home Depot for tracking. I contacted Phi Villa and they were excellent communicating and sent another box (box2/2). BTW, We love the outdoor navy sectional. Exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable, great quality and looks terrific! 🤗

After some time dealing with this I have finally receiced my correct cushion covers and I am satisfied with the outcome. Still have to say that customer service was not great but they got the problem fixed. I found three numbers for this company and none of them actually work. All you get is no one is available to take your call leave a message. Email was the only avenus for communicating with the company. The furniture is awesome but only three stars now because of customer service.

I ordered a patio set of 6 chairs and one table. The table and one chair were damaged during shipment. I contacted the company and they immediately sent replacements. I am very pleased with their product and their customer service. I would order from them again and recommend their products to anyone. Hats Off, PhiVilla!

I order a 5 piece outdoor dining set. One box came with a few holes in it...and two pieces damaged. However, I contacted the company and they were very helpful and fast in replacing the parts. I love the set and customer service was exceptional.
