My light no longer works with Alexa,why is this, it's worked perfectly for over a year??

Really cool lights. Shipped fast and secure. But not perfect. I purchased a Lightguide triangle bulb and it came with some residue inside the bulb. Still a cool bulb but I wish this wasn’t the case as it’s quite a pricey product. Everything else is great. The Hue Go Portable is very bright and convenient. The cone table lamp (black) is solid. The 100W bulb is plenty bright to light a room.

The lights are all amazing but the light strip that we paid a lot of money for came with 1/4 of the lights not working :( you guys have been one of my favorite company’s for a long time and I pushed my family to spend the extra dime and get some of your lights for our basement that we are finishing and when the light strip came broken my family was pretty upset since we paid a lot for these:( but I love your lights and everything you guys are great!!
