Philip Kingsley Tracking Order Status

I received my order within about 5 working days. The product seems to already be reducing the amount of hair that I loose daily in just 2 weeks. I hope to see a continued improvement.

Order travel kit of volume products came within 2 days used product for first time today and hair definitely felt better here’s hoping!

First of all I love the products at Philip Kingsley, the Blonde mask has really enhanced the colour and tone of my hair. And secondly, I had a good experience when my order was out of stock and Annalise in customer service helped to find a solution for me. She was very helpful and understanding.

I have given them 5 stars, as i ordered something that came with a ‘bonus’ of 2 products - which i thought i put the code in for, but it hadn’t registered, so i didn’t receive them - I emailed customer service and they responded the next day - checking my address and immediately sent me the products. Really polite and quick service. Thank you, excellent products too.

Philip Kingsley bond builder Absolutely love this I put the bond builder on left it about an hour then washed and conditioned it it’s incredibly soft shiny and the dryness and brittle feeling has greatly reduced will definitely be using this product regularly
